ABSTRACT

Law can be defined as the collection of rules and regulations by which society is governed. The law regulates social conduct in a formal binding way while it reflects society's needs, attitudes, and principles. Law is a dynamic concept that lives, grows, and changes. It can be described as a composite of court decisions, regulations, and sanctioned procedures, by which laws are applied and disputes adjudicated.
