A stabilizer for polyurethanes and nylons. Used as human drugs (in tablets), as well as a sanitizer, disinfectant, bactericide. Effective catalyst in the polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, and vinyl pyridines. A preservative for cellulose ethers.
