ABSTRACT

Dosimetry consists of two parts [1]. The fIrst part involves the evaluation of incident fIelds, which are produced by certain source(s). These fIelds are either measured (with no object present) or calculated from the information of the source. Second is the evaluation of internal fIelds inside an object, which are also either measured or calculated. The fIrst part of dosimetry is the one considered in this chapter.
