ABSTRACT
This chapter provides practical information relevant to the conduct of calf studies under Good Clinical Practice for Veterinary Studies [GCP(V)] guidelines. Since the existing publications detail the responsibilities and codes of conduct for such studies, a pragmatic approach will be used to provide insight into the practicalities surrounding these studies.
