The overall objective of speed based project management is to have the project team com plete the project in as short a time as possible and then to have them move on to another project. The benefits are enormous. Lead time to project completion is reduced. Products and services generate sales and positive results sooner, market dominance is enhanced, resources are freed for other investments, and more projects are completed with the same amount of money.
