ABSTRACT
The previous chapter discussed the knowledge management function and importance of developing and implementing a structured and predictable methodology and templates as well as transferring knowledge through the knowledge library. This chapter details the key role of the project organization in increasing overall project speed, efficiency, and effectiveness through provision of a superior tool kit, by setting high standards of performance, and by training project managers in project specific skills.
