ABSTRACT
Documentation, i n the form of standards and authoritative technical reports has developed steadily, w i t h a major revision and extension of British Standards to form the BS 1881 pt 200 series during the 1980s and early 1990s. Some major gaps have been plugged by the Concrete Society, w h o are currently work ing on further reports dealing w i t h reinforcement corrosion assessment and subsurface radar.
