Abstract The cost of a water management organisation for all types of operation and maintenance works which are to be executed to ensure a specified level of economic fertility of lands and their soil and hydrogeological conditions are calculated based on a standard method. These costs include repair and operation and maintenance measures, upkeep of observation network, staff of watchmen and repairmen, data processing, arrangement of water delivery and removal.
