G L O B A L I Z A T I O N W I L L O V E R P O W E R existing relationships as enterprises adopt the e-business model and gain access to different channel members such as suppliers, distributors, shippers, whole­ salers and retailers (to name a few). This enables the e-business to procure new items and bring down prices. Where an e-business places the balance between the maintenance of relationships and the exploitation of new tech­ nology shows the impact o f the Internet on logistics and fulfillment.
