ABSTRACT
The following are brief details of the Construction Industry Joint Council agreement on pay and conditions for the Building and Civil Engineering Industry, which is effective from Monday June 30 2008. Copies of the Working Rule Agreement may be obtained from: Construction Industry Joint Council, 55 Tufton Street, London, SW1P 3QL Due to the current, May 2009, market situation it is anticipated that wage rates will not increase in the near future and as consequence no changes have been made to the 2009 rates.
