ABSTRACT
A 3-year-old, healthy girl is sent for evaluation of drainage from the left neck. The parents noticed a punctum in the left neck a few months after birth, but drainage started approximately 4 months prior to presentation. The drainage has a mucus consistency and is occasionally foul smelling. The patient is otherwise asymptomatic. A picture of the finding is shown in Figure 3.1.
