ABSTRACT
On routine screening ultrasound at 21 weeks of gestation, a 38-year-old, G2P0 Caucasian woman, with a history of one previous spontaneous abortion, is found to be carrying a male fetus with a right upper abdominal cystic mass measuring 9 × 12 mm. The gallbladder is seen separately from the mass. The remainder of the fetal survey, including the kidneys, is normal. The ultrasound images are shown in Figure 42.1.
