ABSTRACT
A 17-year-old healthy male teenager comes with his parents to see you for a right testicular swelling. This increased significantly over several months, and he has been reluctant to report it. There is no pain associated with the swelling, and no systemic symptoms. His father had bilateral inguinal hernias repaired and feels that his son likely has the same.
