ABSTRACT
A woman and her husband are referred to you for fetal consultation after her obstetrician discovered a sacrococcygeal mass on routine ultrasound performed at 20 weeks of gestation in a female fetus. She is a healthy 24-year-old G1P0. The pregnancy has proceeded uneventfully to this point.
