ABSTRACT
A term baby boy is transferred to your NICU within 24 hours of birth because of an impressive neck mass. The baby was born by spontaneous vaginal delivery to a healthy, 27-year-old, G1P1 woman. A fetal ultrasound at 20 weeks of gestation was normal. A third trimester ultrasound was not performed.
