ABSTRACT
Although each case of drug misuse is different, since different people are involved, there is much to be gained from looking at cases in which drug misuse led to accidents, injuries, and death. The following case studies are from the files of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupa tional Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).
