Perhaps the most enjoyable part of this process is designing the new wetland. This is the time to release the creativity of your imagination, to translate ideas into drawings, and to revise ideas and drawings to accomplish your objectives, all without exceeding available funds. But once a site is selected, the properties of the site may accommodate your wishes or they may place serious constraints on your innovative concepts.
