F rom the p o in t o f view o f the bom bm aker, blast is a desirable side effect, an d in m an y instances it is even the p rim ary goal. T h e chain o f violence targeted at the innocen t citizen has b rough t blast in juries from he battlefield to o u r fro n t door.
