One o f these orphan H/ACA RNAs, HBI-36, is o f particular interest because, unlike all other H/ACA RNAs, it is expressed in a tissue specific manner.71 Specifically, HBI-36 is expressed from an intron o f the serotonin C2 receptor gene only in the choroid plexus o f the brain suggesting a developmentally regulated function.
