ABSTRACT
Lichenoid infiltrate or lichenoid dermatitis is defined as a band-like infiltrate of lymphocytes running parallel to the epidermis and usually involving the dermoepidermal junction. Lichenoid dermatitis is a type of interface dermatitis; however, many of the interface dermatitides lack a lichenoid infiltrate.
