ABSTRACT
Candies line. This line is parallel and in-line with the inferior vena cava and gall bladder fossa. It is further divided into sections based on the distributions of the branches of the hepatic artery, portal vein, and bile ducts. In this way, the right lobe is divided into the anterior and posterior sections while the left lobe is divided into the medial and lateral sections (Fig. 13.1).
