ABSTRACT
In the past decade, improved management strategies in heart transplantation have dramatically increased allograft survival and reduced early posttransplant morbidity. However, these advances have been accom panied by the emergence of a new group of complications. One of these complications, hyperlipidemia, is an important concern in heart transplant recipients.
