ABSTRACT
One of the major problems in justifying any training is how to mea sure the true benefits, and this includes safety training. We talk of evaluation, but the question still remains, “Since so much safety training is in response to a regulatory requirement, how much of a difference does it really make to our operations?” This challenge is on the shoulders of the safety professional.
