ABSTRACT

A young patient, of normal intelligence and with unaffected parents, presented with back pain. The patient was noted to have short limbs and characteristic facial features. Lumbar and thoracic spine plain radiographs showed a decreasing interpedicular distance caudally and posterior scalloping. Which chondroplasia is he most likely to have?
