ABSTRACT
Vulvodynia is defined by the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease (ISSVD) as vulval discomfort occurring in the absence of any visible findings or a specific clinically identifiable neurological disorder. It is a chronic neurogenic pain syndrome. 1
