ABSTRACT
INSTRUCTIONS: You have been asked to see Mr Boyder who has had a sore throat and temperature for one week. He already attended the practice 3 days prior and was given symptomatic relief. However, his symptoms have worsened and he now has green phlegm and rigors. You examine him and conclude that he has bacterial tonsillitis. Take a brief history, explain to the patient what you
think is going on and prescribe the relevant antibiotics.
