INSTRUCTIONS: You are in General Practice. Mrs Goldsmith, a 75 year old rheumatoid arthritis sufferer, has recently been diagnosed with asthma. Despite prescribing her a salbutamol inhaler her symptoms of wheeze and breathlessness remain. She attends today complaining of diffi culty
in using the inhaler.
