ABSTRACT

INSTRUCTIONS: Mr Branch has presented with a classic history of left sided chest pain for the past 15 minutes. He has been given aspirin 300mg, GTN spray, morphine and metoclopramide. However, despite this he is still in pain. Observations are stable and examination is normal. Repeat ECG shows ST-Elevation (>2mm) in leads II, III and AVF. He has no drug allergies. Complete the inpatient drug chart using information from the repeat prescription provided and administer appropriate acute

treatment. There is no patient in this scenario.
