ABSTRACT
One of these new approaches is called laser cleaning. In Dry Laser Cleaning (DLC) [6-8] the surface to be cleaned is irradiated by a short laser pulse. In Steam Laser Cleaning (SLC) [6, 7, 9, 10] prior to the application of the laser pulse a liquid, e.g. a water-alcohol mixture, is condensed onto the surface.
