ABSTRACT
Today, digital photography is replacing conventional photography in the majority of disciplines, forensic science included. Since photography is of paramount importance in the documentation of toolmark evidence, key aspects of photography relevant to both conventional (film) and digital photography will be discussed in some detail below.
