ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 provided an in-depth analysis of the ANN model and its training in the supervised mode. The chapter introduced the back propagation algorithm (BPA) for machine learning and defined various parameters commonly used in ANN terminology. The ideas presented in that chapter denote just one of the many types of ANNs that are actively used in various problems.
