ABSTRACT
At the present time, complicated socioeconomic and environmental systems begin to cause problems when their environmental effects become an environmental public health risk. Environmental management is the discipline that is concerned with resources once society requires them. It is necessary to manage green chemistry’s solid waste emissions in a sustainable way by minimizing the environmental impacts related to the operation of environmental systems. In an effort to meet growing environmental awareness, most companies include investments in their plans that are related to the production of eco-design, risk management, and the sustainable development and protection of the environment. However, the principles of signal processing and image processing can assist in the determination of the parameters required for the solution of particular geoinformation and environmental problems. Thus, improved monitoring and proper quality management tools of environmental systems are necessary [Alexander, 1996; Brimicombe, 2003; Brocks et al., 1994; Canter,
