ABSTRACT

Paula Lennox and Mark Moore reviewed their prospective lists of the most qualified managers based on the criteria created by the staff. John Saylor, also requested they identify the next most qualified at other levels of TryinHard Marine. Mathematical ability of the candidates was assessed, but only to make a rough assessment about the potential leaders’ capacity to learn the needed statistics. Greg Sanchez and Tina Grice invited the class to compare and contrast the concepts underlying DoE and strange attractors. Participants shared examples from their work and personal experiences that fell into each group. Greg moved to a different spot in the room and sat down in one of the chairs. All eyes turned toward him because he and Tina almost always taught at the front of the class in close proximity to the PowerPoint slides and their supporting materials.
