ABSTRACT
Choosing an Instructor Now that we have identi¤ed our target audiences for the concept of cross-training, we need a plan to make the information readily available to all who want the training and all who will receive it. Where do we begin in the search for competent, quali¤ed and knowledgeable instructors to provide our identi¤ed responders with this newly desired material? Several sources are suitable to provide training for each responder who is in need of further education. e chosen educators must be quali¤ed to instruct and must bear some form of certi¤cation, or accreditation, from a recognized body.
