ABSTRACT
In Management Sciences some metaphors are quite often used to explain organizational and managerial phenomenon by use of well known phenomena from another area of life or science. One of managerial concepts which slowly becomes popular in industrial practice is Agile Enterprise. Such enterprise is oriented on undertaking short life time opportunities. To do so the enterprise has to be bright, intelligent, flexible, and shrewd.
