ABSTRACT

Experimentally study on the process of designing remotely unlock device by the team composed of different major according to specified conditions. Analyze the team members' knowledge activity by Observer XT8.0 and analyze individual cognitive differences in the synergy design process of design -type R&D team using the deep interview about behavior and mentality on the basis of design contents. It is concluded from the analysis that knowledge foundation, psychology characteristics, cognitive style, cognitive ability and team cooperation willingness. Analyze the influence on team synergy knowledge integration process. And the

results shows that positive influence of knowledge foundation, cognitive ability and team cooperation willingness and complex influence of psychology characteristics and cognitive style on the team synergy knowledge integration process. And then put forward approach for novice to improve team synergy design efficiency.
