ABSTRACT

Innovative production systems are complex and dynamic systems incorporating human operators and technical systems. Human operators are crucial parts and highly contribute to their resilience. Thus, it is necessary to integrate adaptive, contextual and user-centric interaction techniques into production systems. In this article an approach and a framework are presented that enable the predictive and automatic detection of human errors and malpractice and their contextual prevention. Therefore cognitive user models, actual knowledge of the systems and the operator and multimodal human-machine interacting mechanisms are used.
