ABSTRACT
Political, social, economical and technological transformations registered by both Polish and European industrial companies have caused changes in company organization. Thus, it has become necessary to adapt technique, technology and job organization to human psychophysical abilities. Tt is also vital to integrate operations aiming at reducing the negative effect of production processes on working conditions (in the company) and on the environment (in the company vicinity).
