ABSTRACT

Some psychosocial aspects of work, such as job insecurity, work precariousness, work intensity, and workplace bullying that has been found to be the main European emerging psychosocial risks related to occupational safety and health have been presented in a paper. The overview containing some main figures as well as measures to prevent those risks at the European level has pointed for a serious concern these risks obtained among stakeholders. The Polish case in relation to these ri.sks has also been shown, as well as the recent relevant studies aimed to better understand and to tackle these contemporary psychosocial risks.
