ABSTRACT
Tablel shows FRAS table using fall 1isk evaluation in a certain hospital. Nurses select each check-item of this table by watching the characteristic of patient, and add up the evaluation score of each check-item. And, nurses compare the total score of the patient with the criterion of fall risk. The criterion of fall risk is divided into three levels as "high level", "middle level" and "low level". High level shows the patient causing fall accidents frequently. Middle level shows the patient being apt to cause fall accidents. Low level shows the patient having possibilities of fall accidents. The manual using FRAS table is written as "It is necessary for you to review evaluation score and fall risk level regularly in each hospital." But, to review evaluation score and fall risk level regularly is difficult for the hospitals.
