ABSTRACT
Scrum and, for the most part, agile development are based on empirical process control. œat means that feedback loops are used to inspect what is going on in product development and to provide an opportunity to update the plan to deal with changes in vision, goal, cost, or requirement. When you examine the entire product life cycle of a product built with agile development, you can see the same concepts of inspection and adaptation going on at all levels.
