ABSTRACT
Prior to the beginning of a project, it is a good idea to spend some time getting ready for the project. If possible, of course, you will want to do a lot of what I discuss in this section during the latter half of a previous project (if there is a previous project). Regardless of whether you do it all in one or two workshops or whether you do it as an “iteration zero”—do it.
