ABSTRACT
This investigation was undertaken after several complaints of dermatological abnormalities were made by cocaine users. The first complaint category was a pruritic rash that was more pronounced while ingesting cocaine. The rash was most pronounced on the extremities especially the distal aspects of the lower limbs.
