ABSTRACT
The theory that crumbly cocaine bicarbonate may be infected with a micro organism prompted the examination of such a piece of cocaine, also known as crack cocaine. The results are shown below. Although far from conclusive, this may represent a “coca mite.” Compare the appearance of this material to the material that came out of the foot as seen in Figure 9.29.
