Now that you have a better understanding of the Lean Six Sigma tools described in Chapters 11-15, let us revisit Carjo Manufacturing to see how it drives down the strategic goals into its daily management and action plans using Hoshin Kanri. Recall (from Chapter 4) that the Hoshin action plan further drives down the strategic goals of the organization to targets and milestones for each implementation strategy. A Hoshin action plan should be created for each implementation strategy.
