ABSTRACT

The planner needs a laundry list, and this chapter will provide it. However, it is first necessary to ask “who” is “in.” The issue of an employee going to an on-site clinic for a problem that arises at work is rather uncontroversial, but the idea of their child going there for a camp physical can be just the opposite. Also, how are the scope and breadth of services to be defined? Trauma and injury care is pretty well accepted as is “suddenly sick at work” cases, but how about preventive dental or chiropractic care or acupuncture?
