ABSTRACT

One of the most compelling planning scenarios in any literature, popular or business, was penned by Lewis Carroll. It reflects on Alice’s encounter with the Cheshire Cat when she asks, “Which way ought I to go?” and the cat responds by stating, “That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.” Alice replies that she does not really know or care, and the cat wisely responds, “Then it does not matter really which way you walk.” Often, the “Alice approach to planning” is used with on-site clinic implementation.
