ABSTRACT
Policies and procedures are the fundamental backbones of any business operation. Without them, a business will not operate as effectively and efficiently as it should. This is especially true for gaming companies. In our world we must operate successfully; protect our games, employees, and guests; abide by state and federal statutes, and do it in a manner that won’t expose us to risk or liability.
