ABSTRACT
This chapter is designed to provide a summary of the regenerative medicine industry with a core focus on products, product development, and commercialization (rather than basic science or academic discovery). We hope to shed light on the characteristics or features of regenerative medicine technologies, the technologies likely to be critical components of regenerative medicines, and both current and projected trends for the industry.
