ABSTRACT
The term improvement management stands for the way in which improvements are implemented inside an organization. It is the subject of much discussion in the industry, and reams and reams of publications have been devoted to it. In the public sector, improvement management is on the rise, although it has not yet received the attention required to improve its image and to make it more effective for the public.
